Orange Sky is exploring a new, customer-facing laundromat concept. This alternative commercial model aims to generate revenue in support of its existing not-for-profit services.
- Retail-Strip shop, cold shell preferable
- Access to water & sewer required
- Ideally 32mm mains for 25mm off runs
- 5 bar pressure
- 3-phase power (min. 140-amp per phase)
- Natural Gas advantageous
- Thick concrete slab (ideally 200mm on earth, not suspended)
